This post was intended to serve as an in-house troubleshooter and Internal Guide for the Internal Directory of the new Nerf N-Strike Elite Hyperfire, far different than the current Hyperfire. As part of Hasbro Toy Tribe, we’ve received a lovely new toy to try, the Nerf n Strike Elite Hyperfire Blaster, for ages 8-16.

If you’re into NERF warfare of the less subtle persuasion, the Hyperfire is a suitably unsubtle beast that offers a ton of fun.

The N-Strike Elite Hyperfire Blaster is really easy to control, with an acceleration button/trigger to 'fire it up' and then a trigger to shoot. Your blaster arrives in a box which is large enough for storage afterwards, there's a pull out drawer and it takes very little time to remove. On the one hand, they last ages – I’ve had at least half a dozen lengthy NERF wars with my kids without needing to change them – but on the other hand, they’re not the type of batteries you just have lying around in a drawer. It may be over in only 5 seconds, but watching those 25 darts hit your target makes the refilling worthwhile.

Turning off the personalised advertising setting won’t stop you from seeing Etsy ads, but it may make the ads you see less relevant or more repetitive. Considering small parts included, please keep in mind that it is not suitable for kids under 36 months of age. If you fire it flat, the range is still around 50ft/15m, and they are much more predictable, which means the useful range is better than pretty much any other unmodified blaster.
